The Mercure Dalat Resort features beautifully designed villas with spacious rooms adorned in French style. The warm welcome from the staff added to my delightful stay, and the lush gardens provided a serene backdrop for relaxation.

overall experience, making it a serene escape. While the room was clean and spacious, the shower drain was slow, which was a bit annoying. The hotel is quite far from the city center, so taxis are necessary for exploring. Nevertheless, the architecture and atmosphere made up for it.

The constant sentimental French music played indoors and outdoors became quite irritating, drowning out the natural beauty of the surroundings. The breakfast setup suffered from a long line due to only one espresso machine for numerous guests, which was inadequate for the demand. Additionally, the lack of a garbage bin in the bathroom and no mosquito repellents in the room raised some concerns about comfort during the stay.

I had a great time during my 4-night stay! The garden was stunning, filled with beautiful flowers, and the breakfast spread was delicious with both international and local options. The only downside was the limited soundproofing. I could hear some noise from the stairwell at night. I would choose this place again!

I stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room for 1 night. Just wish the service was quicker. They took forever to respond when I needed help around the pool. The restaurant staff was cool though! I enjoyed them.
